If you're not already registered for online services why not find out more about it on the section below?

We have a Patient Participation Group that meets at least once each year with regular and additional communication via email.

Membership can involve being part of the virtual group only, attending the meetings only or both.

If you would like to join the Patient Participation Group please contact the Practice Manager via the surgery email address hillcrest.surgery@nhs.net or on 020 8993 0982.

The last meeting was on the 7th January 2016.  Brian was elected as Chairman of our PPG.  This is fantastic news as we now have patient Chairing the group.

The date of our next PPG meeting is 9th February 2017 - please join us (just let us know so that we can plan for numbers)

Our PPG has a dedicated email address managed by Brian who is your fellow patient (we are looking for a female volunteer - do let us know if you are interested) HillcrestPPG@aol.com . This can also be used to find out more about patient participation (from the patient perspective).

You can also use the email address to raise a concern or suggestion about any aspect of the Surgery or any issues you'd like to be discussed at the next PPG meeting.

The PPG email address should not be used in place of the complaints process or in place of any normal communication you may have with your GP concerning your medical condition or medication.  You should not use it to reveal confidential information about yourself although your confidence will be respected by your PPG member if requested.
