Access to the Premises

FOR THE SAFETY OF PATIENTS WHO NEED TO COME IN OUR DOORS ARE CLOSED – HOWEVER THE TEAM IS HERE AS USUAL AND CAN BE CONTACTED BY TELEPHONE OR ECONSULT .  New patient registration forms can be collected/returned at the door and samples and prescription requests should just be posted through the letterbox.

You can come in to the Surgery for your appointment if you have booked to see a nurse or HCA or Pharmacist or if the GP has asked you to come in.

Please ring the buzzer and you will be asked to confirm you are free of coronavirus symptoms and have a face covering and will then be let in.

Please ensure you are wearing a face covering at all times inside the surgery.

DO NOT COME IN if you have any symptoms of the coronavirus

  • high temperature above 37.8
  • new continuous cough and / or
  • loss of taste and smell.

Please do not bring family members with you.  If they have driven you please ask them to wait in the car.  We need to minimise the number of people coming in to the Practice for the safety of other patients.

If you refuse to wear a face mask then you will need to wait outside until you are seen and will need to enter and exit via the fire doors by the car park – this is for the safety of all other patients.

Thank you
